Tote Design Guide

Design guide to help you create an original tote customized by you!

Don’t fret, I’ll help.

Tote Bag Overview

•3 sizes

•Small   14” x 9.5” x 3.5”   with simple zipper

•Medium   13” x 10” x 4”   with recessed zipper (allows for more storage)

•Large   14” x 11” x 6”   with recessed zipper (allows for more storage)
 

•a heavy-duty water-resistant exterior fabric (available in 40 colors) or cotton of your choice (unlimited options)

•fully lined with water-resistant nylon (or cotton if you prefer)

•stabilized with foam for a light, free standing tote that provides some insulation

•6 -7 pockets:  front double slip, exterior zip on back (with inside of pocket using same fabric as front double slip for some fun!), inside zip, and interior double slip (for medium tote) or triple slip (for large tote)

​

•sturdy straps either handle or shoulder length available in a variety of colors

​

•front double slip can be made with different fabrics:

•same exterior fabric as tote – using same or different color

•water resistant oilcloth (see striped accent options)

•cotton fabric either golf themed or your choice – laminated for water resistance

•embroidery available on front pocket, above front pocket, or on back

•monogram, name, or a variety of golf themed options (see Embroidery)

Exterior Fabric and Colors

•a heavy-duty water-resistant exterior fabric (available in 40 colors) or cotton of your choice (unlimited options)

•popular colors typically kept in stock include:  black, royal blue, navy blue, and lime green

•other colors currently in stock: hot pink, silver, burgundy, bronze, teal, and purple.

Zippers

 

•The extra sturdy purse zipper is used for the main closure which also has a larger zipper pull for easy opening and closing.

•A standard zipper is used for all zipper pockets (exterior and lining).

 

•The recessed zipper used in the medium and large tote adds extra room for your belongings since the tote is now wider at the top.  It is also fully enclosed at the ends meaning your tote contents cannot fall out.

Zipper Colors

 

•Zippers are available in a variety of colors – a way to add pizzazz! Blend in or stand out - choices, choices.

•Tote top zipper color and exterior zipper pocket zipper are matching in color unless specified otherwise.  Lining zipper color matches lining color (medium gray) unless specified otherwise.

Strap Color and Length

 

•Standard strap colors are shown below.  Other colors are available upon request.

•Strap length defaults to shoulder length unless specified

Lining

Cotton fabrics are an alternative to add some fun to the tote

The standard lining material is neutral gray ripstop nylon for water and tear resistance with a matching color standard zipper
